haha, I'm pretty sure I have an all out "thing" for mannequins. I just favorite-ized a shot of a mannequin, and I'm itching to take more with mine. Unhealthy?
When I look at Dali's works, I really take in his use of colors and his twist on what reality is to others. He is simliar to Picasso with his abundant imagination, but still has his own style of portraits that look more realistic than those of Picasso. Looking at his art makes me want to go out and view things that I normally see everyday and try to picture them different, look past their appearances and see "what's really there".
